We ENCOURAGE the purchase of a RUG PAD if the rug is placed on a hard surface like wood or tile flooring. Rug pads provide additional under-the-foot comfort and are sold separately.

This rug is RESISTANT to stains, shedding, and fading with proper care.

When it comes to SHIPPING, the rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from packaging and compression from storage. These creases should normally flatten within 3-7 days. To reduce or remove the creases, roll the rug with the pattern side up and massage the creases with your hands.
